1. Type
The common difference between cabinets lies in the type: Cabinets such as wiring cabinets and cabinets used to place servers. Cabinets used for wiring are generally used to place multiple terminal switches, so many network cables need to be connected out, many cabinets are inconvenient to get the door, so this kind of cabinet looks more like a rack, and organic cabinet manufacturers call this product cloth wire frame. The cabinet used to place servers must have doors and locks. Because it is necessary to protect the valuable equipment inside, relatively noble routers and firewalls are usually placed in this cabinet.
2. Grade
Ordinary server cabinets are generally glass doors, and there are usually four cooling fans. The device is on the top of the cabinet and is mainly used for ventilation and heat dissipation, providing a good constant temperature environment for the inside of the cabinet, the bottom of the cabinet is hollow for ventilation and heat dissipation. The heat dissipation effect of the servers on the top of this cabinet is very good, but the heat dissipation of the servers in the middle and lower parts is not ideal.
The relatively high-end server cabinet is ventilated and dissipated through the dense air holes on the front and rear door, so the air conditioner of the data center can be well distributed around each server in the cabinet, the heat dissipation effect of the whole Cabinet is good, and this kind of cabinet is made of exquisite materials, with strong anti-corrosion and anti-rust and bearing force.
3. Auxiliary accessories
Generally, traditional cabinets cannot be fully assembled with servers and other devices. Once a large number of devices are installed, it is likely to cause local overheating of the cabinets, causing server downtime in the cabinets. At this time, the intelligent blower cabinet is very useful. It can be aimed at the situation of each cabinet (such as how much equipment is installed and the requirements for infrastructure such as air conditioning, power supply, wiring, etc.) the configuration is adjusted on demand to avoid unnecessary waste, save initial investment and energy consumption, and bring greater value to users.
