1. Before installing the cabinet, you must check whether the cabinet exhaust equipment is intact, whether the number of equipment support plates is complete, and whether the pulleys and support columns are intact.


2. The cabinet model, specifications and installation location should meet the design requirements.


3. The vertical deviation of the cabinet installation should not be greater than 3mm, and the horizontal deviation should be greater than 2mm. Several cabinets are lined up side by side, the panel should be on the same plane and parallel to the reference line, and the front and back deviation should not be greater than 3mm; the gap between the two cabinets should not be greater than 5mm for the equipment arranged in a row with a certain interval between ; Greater than 3mm.


4. Various parts of the cabinet should not be replaced or damaged. If the paint surface is replaced, it should be pre-filled with paint, and the various signs should be complete and clear;


5. The cabinet installation should be firm, and when there is a requirement for earthquake resistance, reinforce it according to the seismic design of the construction drawing;


6. The cabinet should not be installed directly on the raised floor. The base should be made according to the size of the bottom plane of the equipment. The base is directly fixed to the ground, the cabinet is fixed on the base, and then the raised floor is laid;


7. Install the cabinet panel, 800mm space should be reserved in front of the rack, and the distance between the back of the cabinet and the wall should be greater than 600mm to facilitate installation and construction;


8. The wall-mounted cabinet should be 1200mm away from the ground;


9. The equipment and components in the cabinet should be installed after the cabinet is positioned and fixed. The equipment installed in the cabinet should be firm.


10. The fixing screws, gaskets and spring washers on the cabinet should be fastened according to the requirements without missing; the cabinet should be well protected against lightning and grounding.


11. Suspended wall-mounted installation should be installed on a flat and solid wall, at least 300mm away from the ground, keep it horizontal and vertical to the wall, and the vertical deviation should be less than 3mm.


12. The holes in the wall should avoid damaging the pipelines in the wall, the depth of the holes should not be less than 70mm, and the number of expansion screws used to fix the cabinet should not be less than 4 (6 for C-type cabinets). When necessary, support must be placed under the cabinet to ensure the safety and stability of the cabinet.


13. For floor-mounted cabinet installation, the door opening direction and operation convenience of the cabinet should be considered when installing the base, and the door opening direction of the wiring compartment should be given priority. The equipment door and wiring door must be fully open. The cabinet should be marked after installation, and the marking should be uniform, clear and beautiful. After the cabinet is installed, the cable holes in and out of the cabinet should be blocked with fireproof glue. Do a good job in preventing rodents, insects, water and moisture.
