Process and precautions for sheet metal processing of chassis and cabinet:
The cabinet is the main external equipment of computer, server and other electronic equipment, and its quality is directly related to the stability and safety of the whole machine. The manufacturing process of the chassis and cabinet sheet metal parts should go through a series of processes such as plate cutting, punching, bending forming, riveting assembly, etc., some of which have a great impact on the product performance, so we should pay attention to them.
1、 Cutting: check whether the plates meet the requirements and make marks before cutting; Select the appropriate shearing machine and cutter according to the size of the plate; Place the plate on the workbench or platform for cutting; Pay attention to protect the oil stain on the mold and workpiece; Pay attention to safety operation regulations when using scissors.
2、 Punching: the punch is made of stainless steel bar with diameter matching the plate thickness (e.g. 30mm × 20mm × 0, 35), and smooth it with fine abrasive paper; use φ 3. Drill small holes (0, 5~0, 8mm deep) on the stainless steel rod with 2~3, 5mm drill bits; use φ 3. 2~3 and 5mm drill bits are reamed to the required size.
3、 Bending and forming: CNC machine tools are used to complete blanking, and then the bending and forming are carried out manually with the machine.
4、 Welding: carbon steel electrode (such as 316l) or low hydrogen electrode (2cr13) shall be used for manual arc welding.
5、 Grinding and polishing treatment.
