Web server cabinets tend to be standardized. Network cabinets are generally made of cold-rolled steel plates or alloys, used to store computers and related control equipment, which can provide protection for storage devices, shield electromagnetic interference, and arrange equipment in an orderly and neatly manner, A general network server cabinet is mainly composed of the following structures.
The complete new-generation cabinet system mainly includes cabinet main body, cable management unit, airflow management unit, power distribution unit, installation of fixed accessories, KVM switch and rack LCD display, etc. The cabinet referred to in this section usually refers to the main body of the cabinet, unless otherwise specified.
The main body of the Cabinet meets the design requirements of modern core computer room. The main body of the cabinet usually has the following characteristics.
1. The ventilation area of the front and rear doors shall not be less than 5355 cm2, which shall meet the ventilation requirements specified by the manufacturer of the main server.
2. The vertical installation of the column can be easily adjusted to meet the requirements of equipment with different Installation depths.
3. All equipment that meets EIA-310-D standards can be installed correctly.
4. The integrated rear cable management dedicated channel enables users to easily place, manage and operate a large number of data cables, even if the rack equipment is installed in the cabinet or installed in the cabinet.
5. Through the rear power distribution channel, users can easily install various types of vertical installation power distributors (PDU) without taking up valuable cabinet effective installation space. Dedicated power distribution channels facilitate power distribution operations and provide a large number of power outlets for cabinet installation equipment. At the same time, no less than 21 IEC power sockets can be set on the power distribution channel on the cabinet side.
6. Power cords and data cables can come not only from the cable bridge on the top of the cabinet, but also from the lower space of the overhead floor, so the top and bottom of the cabinet need to provide enough cables to enter the Channel. In some operating environments, the power cord or data cable may need to be laid from one side-by-side cabinet to another adjacent cabinet, and side cable channels need to be set on the wiring channel behind the cabinet, to meet this need.
7. The vertical installation column of the Cabinet marks the exact position of each "U", which eliminates the trouble of users repeatedly finding the installation location, and greatly facilitates the installation of users.
8. The front door, rear door and side panels can be locked and can only be opened with the provided key.
9. Proven frame design, robust standard mounting rods and heavy wheel feet provide static and dynamic load levels of not less than 900kg.
